Før han kom til INKBIRD, var han leder af F&U hos ChefTech Labs, hvor han udviklede prisvindende køkkenalgoritmer. Nu fokuserer Derek på at udnytte INKBIRDs smarte køkkenapparater til at forvandle hverdagens ingredienser til ekstraordinære måltider, som enhver hjemmekok nemt kan genskabe.
