What's the difference between ITC-308 and ITC-308S?

First, the ITC-308 has a WiFi version, but the ITC-308S does not. Second, the probe of the 308 is not removable, while the probe of the 308S is plug-in, which is easy to replace.

Is the INKBIRD ITC-308 waterproof?

The probe is IP68 waterproof, but the body and socket are not. If used in a humid place, it is recommended to choose an aquarium probe, or use a silicone sleeve to protect the probe and the interface with the cable.

Do INKBIRD products need to be calibrated?

The INKBIRD controllers are factory-calibrated. The probes are subject to wear and tear during use, which may cause deviations in the readings.

If I lose/regain power, will the ITC-308 resume the previous settings?

Yes, your settings will be saved permanently. However, if the device loses power, we recommend that you check the device settings after powering it back on.
