My new smoking buddy
I have an offset smoker with which I've been using two cabled temperature probes which plug into a little box and Bluetooth connect to my smartphone and they've been great. For my birthday my parents-in-law gifted to me the INT-11P-B from Inkbird which has been a game changer for me and elevated the way I smoke food now plus I only need open the lid of my smoker now if I'm using a mop sauce. The user interface of the Inkbird app is fabulous clearly displaying ambient, internal and target temperature plus the trend option is very helpful as are all the pre listed food types. My Inkbird INT-11P-B is my new best smoking buddy!

INT-12-BW
We are a competition BBQ team who use INKBIRD products in our competition and home cooks. I recently purchased the INKBIRD INT-12-BW which is their two wireless probe thermometer. Owning 7 different INKBIRD models, I really like that the app on my phone instantly recognized this model and allowed me to add it with very little effort. Once added to the app, it gave me all of the great features and options for the wired models that I own have. You can select the preset cooking settings for the protein you are cooking or you can choose to customize your preferred cooking settings like temp, time and notification options. Probe charging is easy. Just set the probes back into the main unit of the thermometer and they will charge until done. The first cook I used this for was a competition brisket test cook. The wireless probe was accurate in its temperature reporting. I found that you did need to keep the main unit close to the cooker or it would lose the bluetooth signal so keep that in mind when using this model. If you use the app on your phone, this will give you a bit more distance in being able to manage your cooks and receive constant temp readings. If cooking any proteins which require cooking beyond 205 degrees F, the INKBIRD INT-12-BW will not read past this temp and will go into a high temp alert. I think it is due to the battery in the probe and is a safety mechanism built into their firmware. Overall I really like the construction, quality and accuracy of this model and would recommend this to others with no hesitation.

For a verry fair price, this is a way better then others. 5 zone messurment, clear display wich could be set to the light brighthnes you decide, it is perfect also for direct sunlight. Verry easy to conect with Bluetooth, and for shure to WiFi. Many preinstalled recipes, that cold easily supplemented and stored by your own. I have many products from Inkbird co. for mesuring, temperature and humidity for steering many processes like brewing beer, smoking fish and meet, hatching my chickens and quails and so on. They all are good and do what they should do now for years. The brand new INT-12-BW is a verry cool gadget to keep an eye on your cooking dishes, even you do slow cooking for hours like pulled pork, and you dont are around at your home with the WiFi connection. A great function that i love. Because the connection of BT and WiFi changes seemless with the smart build in function. For the reason that i recived the device yesterday, i had only time for one meal, a porterhouse steak of 5 cm/1,5 inch thickness, 1. 6 kg. But that was on the point as we like it with a pre installed recipe. I also love the function of the pre alarm that you can set to some degrees before reaching the temperature you want to, so you dont have to hurry and you will never miss the point of perfect taste again. Also you can messure the temperature outside the meat for controlling the lower level und the higher level of course with alarms. All in all, this device is for non nerds a great one by using the pre set recipes, and also for enthusiasts that want to create her own fantastic preparations and changing everything starting from display intenity to the sound level and tone of the alarm. I think i havent found out all the device could do yet, but out of the box, it came preloaded, our first cooking adventure was like expected. Only be shure to stick the probe deeb enough in the good to cook that the marked ring is in the meat. Thats it. I LOVE THIS ITEM. Last but not least , i would mention the perfect service from Inkbird company. When i ever had questions or problems i get really quick help,response or exchanges whenn needed, utmost recommended employees, great company. THX for that great gadget and support from Austria.

Bought these INKBIRD thermometer to replace an old pair of thermometer which I won’t mention their name. So far the INKBIRD has performed great. Very accurate and no communication issues. . hope they last
