    "The thermometer I received wouldn’t turn on so I emailed (the only option) customer service. I was told to try a couple fixes and if those didn’t work, send a video to show what was happening. I have been getting a run around from them ever since. I can’t get a refund or a replacement thermometer. I’m going to file complaints with the appropriate customer protection groups."
