    "This has really impressed me. Only thing I am missing is an algorithm in the app to calculate expected cook time finish. Should be possible to compute with all the data during cooking. Also, probes are quite bulky so not possible to use in baby back ribs for example (due to the probes need to be fully inside the meat to not break)."
