1. Basic account information: Google account ID, nickname, avatar URL, email address (requires user authorization) 

2. Identity verification information: ID Token (used for backend verification of user identity)

Purpose of use: Enable interoperability between smart home devices under the system and the HomeKit ecosystem, provide device discovery, network configuration, control, and status synchronization functions
Usage scenarios:

1. Users add HomeKit-supported smart devices on iOS/Android devices through the APP 

2. Users control previously added smart devices through the iOS built-in "Home" App 

3. Smart home device status synchronizes to the iOS system's home application 

4. Achieve multi-device scene control

Information collection details:

1. Device information: Device model, device ID, device MAC address, device firmware version, device status data (such as switch status, temperature, humidity, etc.) 

2. Network configuration information: Wi-Fi name (SSID), Wi-Fi signal strength, network configuration time 

3. Control command information: Device control request content, control time, control result 

4. System interaction information: Communication data with iOS HomeKit framework, device association information

5. Location Information: Mobile device location function authorization status, geographical location information (precise or imprecise), location information collection time, location service usage scenarios (such as device network configuration, weather services, etc.)

Purpose of use: Provide real-time online customer service chat function, realize instant communication between users and customer service personnel, support multimedia message interaction such as text, images, and voice, and enhance user service experience
Usage scenarios:

1. When users encounter functional issues in the APP and need to consult customer service 

2. When users need to report product defects or suggestions 

3. When users need to obtain order status, after-sales support, etc. 

4. When customer service proactively contacts users to provide service or follow up

Information collection details:

1. User identity information: User ID, nickname, avatar, contact information (requires user authorization) 

2. Chat content information: Text messages, images, voice, files, etc. 

3. Device and environment information: Device model, operating system version, APP version, network type, IP address 

4. Chat behavior information: Chat start time, end time, message send/receive time, message read status 

5. Location information (optional): Geolocation information obtained after user authorization, used for providing localized services

3. When JavaScript errors occur (WebView scenario) 

4. When the APP fails to start or experiences runtime abnormalities 

5. When developers need to monitor APP performance metrics

Information collection details:

1. Crash and exception information: Crash stack information, Logcat logs, custom logs, error type and code 

2. Device information: Device model, brand, operating system version, CPU architecture, memory/disk space, whether rooted/jailbroken 

3. Application information: APP version number, package name, process name, PID, runtime status 

4. Network information: Network type (Wi-Fi/mobile data), IP address, network status 

5. System information: System name, system version, country code, language settings
