What I needed a long time ago!
"Living in the northern most part of New Hampshire, I was having problems with my walk in cooler freezing up. Read about the Inkbird 308s and gave it a shot. It has been a week of use in single digit temps and the walking has held steady at 36* F! Must have unit for the home butcher!"
Have bought another model previously
"Have bought another model previously and after 2+ years it is still going strong. Reliable and accurate thing. Use it in reef aquarium but sealed it in silicone to be safe even it did not rust. This model with an interchangeable and water resistant probe is even better since in the event of probe damage one can easily change it, no soldering needed. Don't use this new model at the moment, but tested it and it is working as intended. Bought another brand's unit and it was faulty and of poor quality, so had to refund it. But that one had a slightly prettier screen. Went for the looks and regretted it! Don't make the same mistake- buy Inkbird instead!!!"
