Love the concept. Worried about battery life.
"I have had the Inkbird solar pool themometer for just under a week. It's been turned off, sitting in the pool, trying to get fully charged for several days now, and still has not gotten to three bars. Weather has been clear and the unit is exposed to the direct summer sunshine for at least nine hours a day. I worried that come the winter, it will spend much of its time offline. I wish there was an alternate way to charge the battery, since solar charging is painfully slow."
