    INKBIRD Tech. C.L. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "we" or "INKBIRD") are committed to protecting the personal privacy of children (i.e., minors under the age of fourteen) who use our products and services. This Children's Privacy Protection Statement (including subsequent updated versions, hereinafter referred to as "this Statement") and the Privacy Policy aim to inform parents and other guardians of children (hereinafter referred to as "guardians" or "you") about how we collect and use children's personal information related to our products and services, the rules we follow in processing such personal information, and the methods by which guardians can access, correct, delete, and protect such information.

    Special Note for Guardians:
    We will protect children's personal information and privacy security in accordance with this Statement. At the same time, we ask that you assist us in protecting your child's personal information and privacy security by requiring them to read and accept this Statement under your supervision and by using our products and services only with your consent and guidance. Please note that by choosing to agree to this Statement, or by allowing your child to begin or continue using our products or services, or by submitting their personal information, you consent to our collection, use, storage, sharing, transfer, and disclosure of your child's personal information in accordance with this Statement.

    Special Note for Children:
    We recommend that any child use our products or services only after obtaining prior consent from a guardian. If you are a child, you must carefully read this Statement together with your guardian and obtain their consent before using our products or services or providing information to us.

    We hereby remind you to carefully read and fully understand this Statement and the Privacy Policy(especially the terms highlighted in bold) before deciding whether to agree to all the terms and whether to consent to the child under your guardianship using our products or services. If you do not agree with the relevant terms of the Privacy Policy and/or the contents of this Statement, or if you do not agree to provide certain necessary information for specific features or scenarios when using certain products, services, or specific functionalities, please understand that you and the child under your guardianship may not be able to use our products, services, or related specific features or scenarios normally. In matters related to children's privacy protection, this Statement shall prevail over the Privacy Policy in case of any inconsistency. For matters not mentioned in this Statement, the Privacy Policy shall apply.

    This Statement applies to products or services that require users to input birthdates, age information, or other data that can identify their age, as well as specific devices designed and developed for children, along with their functionalities and scenarios, that are intelligently controlled through our software (including mobile applications, mini-programs, etc.). Our products and services may include those provided by third parties, and you or the child under your guardianship may also access and use third-party products and services through our software or products. Such third parties may collect, use, or process children's related information. We recommend that you have the child seek your consent before authorizing any third party to collect or process their personal information.

    If you have any questions about the contents of this Statement while reading it, or if you or the child under your guardianship have any requests related to personal information while using our products or services, please contact us through the dedicated channels we have established for you, as detailed in the "Contact Us" section of this Statement. We will process and respond to your inquiries or requests as soon as possible after receiving your message.

    1. What Information We Collect
    We will strictly comply with the legal obligations and responsibilities for protecting children's personal information, as well as the agreements in the relevant privacy policies and this Statement. We will collect and use children's personal information only after obtaining the guardian's consent and based on the specific needs of the relevant products and services.

    In the process of providing certain products or services specifically designed for children, we may require users to provide personal birthdate information to identify whether the user is a child under the age of 14. In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, we will allow the child to continue using the relevant products or services only after obtaining the guardian's consent.

    When you or the child under your guardianship uses specific devices intelligently controlled by our software, we may collect and use necessary personal information about the child, including age/month information, activity information, and geographic location information, among others, in certain features or scenarios. The specific types and scope of information involved will depend on the functionalities and intelligent scenarios of the product being used.

    During the child's use of our products or services, we may collect other relevant information. For details, please refer to the "What Personal Information We Collect" section of the Privacy Policy to learn more about other personal information we collect from children.

    If we need to collect personal information about you or the child under your guardianship beyond the scope described above, we will inform you again and obtain your consent.

    Please understand that you may choose whether to provide specific information to us. However, if you choose not to provide certain necessary information, our products or services may not function properly, or we may not be able to achieve the intended service effects. As a result, you and the child under your guardianship may not be able to use our products, services, or related specific business functionalities normally.

    2. How We Use This Information
    We strictly comply with legal and regulatory requirements and our agreements with users, using the collected information about you and the child under your guardianship for the following purposes:
    a) To provide necessary products or services, or specific functionalities of products or services;
    b) For the purposes of optimizing products or services, ensuring security, and conducting service surveys.

    If we need to use the personal information of you or the child under your guardianship for purposes beyond those described above, we will inform you again and obtain your consent.

    3. Circumstances for Sharing, Transferring, or Disclosing Children's Personal Information
    We strictly limit the circumstances under which children's personal information is shared, transferred, or disclosed, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Generally, we do not share children's personal information with third parties. We may share children's personal information with third parties only after obtaining the guardian's prior consent.

    a) Sharing with Guardians
    We will share certain children's personal information (such as the child's username, account, password, and transaction content within certain products and services) with the guardian. The guardian can access and manage such personal information.

    b) Sharing with Third Parties
    For the sole purpose of external processing, we may share children's personal information with third-party partners (including third-party service providers, contractors, agents, application developers, etc., such as communication service providers that send emails or push notifications on our behalf, or map service providers that offer location services to us) who may not be located in your jurisdiction. These third parties will process the information on our behalf in accordance with our instructions, privacy policies, and relevant confidentiality and security policies.

    If we entrust a third party to process children's personal information, we will conduct a security assessment of the entrusted party and the entrusted activities, sign an entrustment agreement, and require the entrusted party not to exceed the scope of our authorization. We entrust third parties to process children's personal information mainly for the following purposes:
    i. Providing services to children;
    ii. Achieving the purposes described in the "How We Use This Information" section;
    iii. Fulfilling our obligations and exercising our rights under the Privacy Policy and this Statement;
    iv. Understanding, maintaining, and improving our services.

    If we share your or the child's information with the above-mentioned third parties, we will conduct security assessments and employ measures such as encryption, anonymization, and de-identification to safeguard your and the child's information security.

    As our business continues to develop, if mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or other transactions occur that require sharing your or the child's personal information with third parties, we will notify you of such circumstances through push notifications, announcements, or other means. We will continue to protect your and the child's personal information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and standards no lower than those set forth in this Statement, or require the new controller to continue such protection.

    We may use the collected children's information for big data analysis after anonymization, such as generating service usage reports for you.

    c) Other Circumstances for Disclosure
    Generally, we prohibit the disclosure of children's personal information. However, we may disclose children's personal information based on the following purposes:
    i. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, or requests from public authorities and government agencies;
    ii. To enforce our terms of use and other agreements, policies, or standards, including investigating any potential violations;
    iii. To protect our rights and/or the rights, privacy, security, or property of other users, including you; and to seek available remedies or limit damages we may need to provide, or to address security, fraud, or technical issues.

    4. Storage of Children's Personal Information
    We will take technical measures, such as encryption, to store children's personal information and ensure its security. We will not store children's personal information longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or used. Please refer to the "Location and Duration of Information Storage" and "Information Security" sections of the Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we store and protect children's personal information.

    If our products or services cease operations, or if the storage period for your or the child's personal information expires as required by this Statement or the Privacy Policy, we will notify you and the child through methods such as push notifications, announcements, or emails, and delete or anonymize your and the child's personal information within a reasonable period.

    5. Managing Children's Personal Information
    During the child's use of our products or services, to facilitate your and the child's access, correction, or deletion of relevant personal information, we have incorporated corresponding operational settings in our product design. You may also contact us through the provided contact methods to provide feedback or inquire about relevant information. We will verify the issues you raise and contact you promptly. Please understand that during the verification process, we may require you to provide personal information such as the child's account, birthdate, and contact details to continue responding to your requests after completing identity verification and issue confirmation.

    a) Accessing Children's Personal Information
    You and the child under your guardianship may view the personal information provided or generated by the child while using our products or services, including but not limited to usernames, nicknames, gender (if applicable), and actively posted content.

    b) Correcting Children's Personal Information
    If you or the child under your guardianship discovers errors in the children's personal information we collect, use, or process, you may click "Me" - "Personal Information" - "Nickname"/"Time Zone" to make corrections, or contact us for corrections. We will take measures to correct the information promptly after completing identity verification and confirming the issue.

    c) Deleting Children's Personal Information
    You and the child under your guardianship may request us to delete the children's personal information we collect, use, or process under the following circumstances. We will take measures to delete the information promptly after completing identity verification and confirming the issue.
    i. If we collect, store, use, transfer, or disclose children's personal information in violation of laws, regulations, or our agreements;
    ii. If we collect, store, use, transfer, or disclose children's personal information beyond the intended purposes or necessary periods;
    iii. If you withdraw your consent;
    iv. If you or the child under your guardianship terminates the use of the products or services by account cancellation.

    For your requests, we will first conduct identity verification and confirmation, and take appropriate deletion measures promptly after verification and confirmation. Please note, however, that if you or the child under your guardianship requests the deletion of specific children's personal information, it may result in the child being unable to continue using our products and services or certain specific business functionalities. If you find that we have collected your child's personal information without your prior consent, please contact us promptly, and we will strive to delete the relevant information as soon as possible.
