The products can be delivered to the most of states in the United States except American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note that sous vide and BBQ-related products cannot be shipped to Lithuania.
We also offer international shipping. For some countries and regions, we may charge a remote fee, which depends on the carrier's standards.
Canada Post customers in rural areas:
Please include BOTH your civic address and PO Box number to avoid delivery delays or pickup issues.
For US orders, we ship from our US warehouse or our factory in China, depending on stock availability. Please refer to the information provided on the product page for details.
For international orders, we will ship directly from our factory in China. All costs collected during the transportation are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We will select the carrier based on your shipping address.

"Purchased a blue tooth/wifi meat thermometer with four probes. Love it. One probe unfortunately stopped working after only 4 uses but the rest are good. I have now ordered 5 new probes and union arrival all work fine. Hoping they last because I love the set up. The charge in the unit lasts a very long time.
