The products can be delivered to the most of states in the United States except American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands.
We also offer international shipping. For some countries and regions, we may charge a remote fee, which depends on the carrier's standards.
Shipping Origin
For US orders, we ship from our US warehouse or our factory in China, depending on stock availability. Please refer to the information provided on the product page for details.
For international orders, we will ship directly from our factory in China. All costs collected during the transportation are the sole responsibility of the customer.

App Remote Control via Bluetooth 5.0
The ITC-312 features Bluetooth 5.0, enabling remote control via the INKBIRD app within a range of 328 ft/100m. It also retains the ITC-308 setup method for all users to get started with ease.
Personalized Mode Settings for Different Needs
Up to 12 periodic temperature ranges per day in Time mode; two temperature ranges in Day/Night mode; adjustable desired start and stop temperature in Temp mode. All for automcatic heater/cooler operation.
Waterproof Probe & Maximum Power Output
The probe is IP67 waterproof, capable of precise temperature readings in both soil and water, with a wide range from -40 ~ 212℉ / -40 ~ 100℃. It delivers a maximum power output of 1200W, distributed across two separate outlets.
Secure Data Storage Without Cloud
The thermostat itself can store offline data for 30 days and transfer it to the app upon Bluetooth connection. Plus, the app archives up to one year of temperature data for easy viewing and export.
